We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, images, materials, sizing, and other details. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or display, and minor variations may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, collections, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

We may limit the quantities of products available for purchase, including where we reasonably believe an order is intended for unauthorized resale.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market when available. Pricing, promotions, shipping options, and product availability may vary by country or region.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, promotions, or other information. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to provide the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

4. ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.

Please review your shipping and contact information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@wearriverrat.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Other applicable shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping methods.

International orders may be subject to customs requirements, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Where available, applicable duties and taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout. In other cases, additional charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

River Rat is not responsible for carrier or customs delays or other delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns of eligible unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements described in our Return Policy.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached and proof of purchase.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued according to our Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under the laws applicable to you.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Product prices, currencies, shipping options, taxes, duties, availability, and other terms may vary depending on your location.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and import requirements in their destination country.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or misuse.

All content appearing on this website—including the River Rat name, logos, trademarks, graphics, artwork, illustrations, product designs, photographs, videos, text, website design, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to River Rat Apparel LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
